Refund & Return Policy
At Dreamr, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product is defective.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Used or washed products.
- Products without original packaging.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after approval.
Replacement
If a replacement product is available, we will dispatch it after the returned item has been verified.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
